The applicant searches for the location of the desired house through BTN Properti, BTN Branch Offices, property exhibitions, etc

Prepare Documents
Prepare complete documents and credit application form

File Processing
BTN will process the application file using the Financial Information Service System (SLIK), data verification, and analysis

Download SiKasep
Applicants can download the SiKasep application to apply for Subsidized KPR purchase

Prepare Funds
The applicant prepares sufficient funds in BTN Savings if the application is approved
