Terms & Conditions

  • Customer or WIC brings Finpay Remittance transaction money receipt

  • Show a valid and original identity document (KTP / Passport); (note: Indonesian citizens are required to have an ID card; foreigners are required to have a passport)

  • Specifically for receiving money through Finpay Remittance, it is required to bring a cellphone with the number registered for Finpay Remittance transactions.

  • Money receipt cannot be represented

  • Fill out and sign the Money Receipt Form provided by the Bank

  • Fill out and sign the Transaction Performer Data Form and/or Customer Information File (ClF) form provided by the Bank for transactions up to IDR 100,000,000 (one hundred million rupiah).

  • Bank officer may conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) process to Customer/Walk In Customer (WIC) if required by the Bank
