Terms & Conditions

  • Savings products that can be included in the Points calculation category are BTN Batara Savings, BTN Payroll Savings, BTN Pension Savings, BTN Solution Savings, BTN e'BATARAPOS Savings, and BTN Bisnis Savings in Rupiah

  • Bale Poin in the BTN Bale Poin program are calculated based on the Customer Identification File (CIF) per Customer

  • In the event that the data on the number of Bale Poin recorded by the Customer differs from the points available at BTN, the data used as a reference is the data on the number of points recorded in the BTN system.

  • Provisions regarding obtaining Bale Poin, calculating Bale Poin, and the value of Bale Poin in the BTN Bale Poin program refer to the terms and conditions that apply at BTN, and can be changed at any time by BTN

  • The Bale Poin contained in the BTN Bale Poin program are valid for 1 (one) year, which will end on March 31, 2025. So the Point Exchange Limit is also March 31, 2025. After this date, any Bale Poin not exchanged (redeemed) by the Customer will be forfeited automatically

  • Customers are obliged to maintain data confidentiality and password security, along with that of their personal devices (such as communication devices, computers, SIM cards, cellphones) used to access the Bale Poin account

  • All losses arising as a result of the Customer's negligence and/or carelessness in maintaining the security of the password contained in the device used by the Customer to access the Bale Poin account, such that it may be used by irresponsible parties and cause financial losses, are the Customer's responsibility

  • BTN has the right to change the terms and conditions of the BTN Bale Poin program, such changes will be notified to the Customer in a form and manner determined by BTN and are binding.

  • The provisions of the BTN Bale Poin program are subject to the relevant provisions governing BTN Savings, BTN Mobile, BTN ATM/Debit Cards and other applicable legal provisions

How to Sign Up for Bale Poin

    Register and activate BTN Mobile

    Register/activate BTN Mobile first. Customers who have registered with BTN Mobile are automatically registered on the Bale Poin web application

    Visit the Bale Poin Menu

    Access Bale Poin via BTN Mobile by clicking the Bale Poin menu.

    Points Access Successful

    Bale Poin have been successfully accessed.

    Click the Login button on BTN Mobile and enter the registered password

    Click the Bale Poin menu button after successfully logging in to BTN Mobile

Customers do not need to register on the new Bale Poin web application since the Bale Poin application is directly integrated with BTN Mobile. Customers who have activated BTN Mobile are automatically registered for Bale Poin and will be automatically registered D+1 after BTN Mobile registration.
How do I access Bale Poin?
All-access related to Bale Poin such as checking points, redeeming points, checking vouchers that have been exchanged, etc. can only be done through BTN Mobile by clicking the Bale Poin menu.
What can be exchanged for Bale Poin?
Bale Poin can be exchanged for items, vouchers, and others.
