Housing Ownership Loan of the Employment Social Security Organizing Agency, hereinafter referred to as KPR BP Jamsostek, is a loan provided in the form of a landed house ownership loan (KPR) or flat/apartment ownership loan (KPA) including credit takeover

A Housing Renovation Loan, hereinafter referred to as PRP, is a money loan provided by the Bank to BPJS Participants to provide loans in the form of home renovation loans
Maximum and Financing Period
Maximum | Period |

Maximum PUMP is IDR 150,000,000 | Period has the same term as KPR BP Jamsostek. PUMP must be bundled with KPR BP Jamsostek |
Maximum KPR BP Jamsostek is IDR 500,000,000 | The maximum period is 30 (thirty) years. KPR BP Jamsostek can be in the form of a new mortgage application or take over from BTN mortgages or mortgages from other banks |
Maximum PRP is IDR 200,000,000 | The period of 15 (fifteen) years applies to PRP |

Indonesian citizen at least 21 years old or married

Orderly administration and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dues

Have owned a house equipped with certificate documents and IMB on behalf of the applicant and spouse for applicants who apply for PRP

Get a recommendation from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

Have sufficient ability (income) according to BTN calculation

Have been registered as a BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participant for 1 year

Not yet owning a house (First House) for applicants who apply for PUMP and KPR BP Jamsostek

For the PRP application, the applicant has never previously received a housing financing facility from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

If the applicant and spouse are both registered as BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants, only one of them can apply for credit
-
To ensure smooth payment of installments, it can be done through payroll, collective, or other methods following Bank BTN regulations
How to Apply

Submit an Application
Customers apply through the JMO Mobile/BTN Properti application (applications based on recommendations are made on a Host to Host basis between BTN and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)

Complete the File
Customers will complete all the Additional Service Benefit application documents and submit them to the Loan Service officer at the Branch Office.

Verification Process
Complete customer documents will be sent to the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Office to verify membership

Pre-Realization Fee
If you have received verification of credit approval, prepare the pre-credit realization fee in the applicant's savings account

KPR Process Completed
Customers will get an agreement signature and receive disbursement Additional Service Benefits
