What if I cant log in to the BTN Cash Management System?

Ensure the Company ID, User ID, and Password are correct. If you forget the password, you can use "Forgot Password" feature on the login page.A new password will be sent to your email.

Why does the error message "Inquiry not found" appear when making a transaction?

Make sure you have selected the correct date when making a transaction so that the account mutation data will appear.

What if the token is unable to be used?

You can contact BTN Contact Center or the nearest BTN Branch Office.
