Terms And Conditions

  • Indonesian Citizens (WNI)

  • Have an e-KTP

  • Minimum age 21 years or married

  • At the time the financing is paid off, no more than 65 years of age

  • The minimum business period (non-fixed income) is 1 year

  • The maximum income is regulated in the regulation of the Minister of Housing and Organizational Areas Number 5 of 2025 concerning the amount of income and criteria for assessing low-income communities

  • The applicant and his/her partner (husband/wife) do not own a house and have never received government subsidies for home ownership

  • Submit NPWP and Annual Personal Income Tax Return in accordance with applicable laws
