Terms And Conditions

  • Indonesian Citizens (WNI)

  • Minimum age 21 years or married

  • At the time the financing is paid off, no more than 65 years old

  • Minimum work period of 1 year or 3 years of business for entrepreneurs and professionals

  • Does not have problematic credit/financing (clear OJK SLIK)

  • Have NPWP or SPT Article 21

  • The BTN Indent iB KPR facility only applies to the first property ownership credit/financing facility for customers accepted at the Bank or other Banks

How to Register

    Prepare Complete Documents

    The applicant prepares the application file as well as documents of identity, income and object of purchase.
    Submissions can be made through all BTN Syariah Branch Offices.

    Process and Verify Files

    Application files and documents will be processed and verified by BTN Syariah

  • 3

    Prepare Contract Fees

    If the file has been approved, prepare the pre-realization fees for Bank, Notary and applicable Sales and Purchase Taxes.

    Akad

    Sales Purchase and Financing Agreement with Notary, Seller and Bank.

  • 5

    Disbursement of Funds

    The Bank will disburse financing funds to the Developer according to the development progress, the Customer Handovers the House Unit after the house unit is built.
