KPR Subsidized FLPP scheme (Housing Financing Liquidity Facility) whose management is carried out by BP Tapera which is intended for Low-Income Communities (MBR) non-participants Tapera with formal employment (fixed income) and informal employment (non-fixed income) using Murabahah contract.

Have an e-KTP

Minimum age 21 years or married

At the time the financing is paid off, no more than 65 years of age

The minimum business period (non-fixed income) is 1 year

Maximum income: Married IDR 8,000,000,- Not married IDR 7,000,000,-

The applicant and his/her partner (husband/wife) do not own a house and have never received government subsidies for home ownership

Submit NPWP and Annual Personal Income Tax Return in accordance with applicable laws

Prepare Complete Documents
The applicant prepares the application file as well as personal documents and guarantees

Process and Verify Files
Application files and documents will be processed and verified by BTN Syariah

Ensure Sufficient Funds
If the application is approved, the applicant prepares pre-realization costs and ensures sufficient funds in BTN Syariah Bank Savings

Financing Agreement
Implementation of customer financing contracts

BTN Syariah will disburse the applicant's application
