Customers are required to have BTN Batara iB Savings or BTN Prima iB Savings as the main account to carry out transactions.

Customers can visit the nearest BTN Syariah Branch Office which provides SDB services.

Customers will receive further information regarding the opening of SDB through customer service/funding staff.

The customer submits an application form and pays the rental fee and key guarantee.

What is the maximum rental period for the BTN iB Safe Deposit Box?

The maximum rental period for the BTN iB Safe Deposit Box is 12 months and can be extended according to the customer's agreement with the Bank.

What if the BTN iB Safe Deposit Box key is lost?

If the BTN iB Safe Deposit Box key is lost, the customer can notify the Bank in writing in a statement letter that the key is lost, accompanied by a loss report letter from the local Police Office and the customer's KTP.

What are the types of BTN iB Safe Deposit Boxes?

There are 3 types of SDB based on the type and size of the box as follows:
a. Type A with box size 7.5 x 25 x 60 cm
b. Type B with box size 12.5 x 25 x 60 cm
c. Type C with box size 25 x 25 x 25 cm
