  • Maximum Income 8,000,000* (Specifically for Papua Region: 10,000,000) *) is the income of one Tapera Participant

KBR Tapera is a housing financing facility partnership with BP Tapera, namely Kredit Bangun Rumah (KBR) for Civil Servants.
What are the requirements that must be met?
The requirements for the KBR Tapera Submission Document are as follows:
a) ID Card (applicant and spouse for married prospective debtors)
b) Salary Slip for the last 3 months
c) Savings bank statement for the last 3 months
d) Photocopy of proof of title
e) Photo of the initial condition of the land
f) RAB and house floor plan
g) Photocopy of IMB
How long is the term of KBR BTN Tapera?
The maximum tenor length of the KBR Tapera Program is 20 years.
