Applicants can be legal entities and non-legal entities

Have ever built and sold housing or company management has worked for a housing development company for at least 1 year

The financing period is adjusted to the scale of the project

Maximum financing is 80% of the value of construction requirements

How to Register

Prepare Complete Documents
The applicant prepares the required application documents completely.

Process and Verify Files
The application files will be processed by BTN Syariah bank, including BI Checking, Data Verification and Analysis.

Prepare Sufficient Savings or Current Account Funds at BTN Syariah
If the application is approved, the applicant prepares sufficient funds in BTN iB Savings or BTN iB Giro.

Financing Agreement
Make an agreement with the bank regarding, among other things, financing objects, profit sharing, etc.

Application Disbursement Process
If the financing agreement has been approved, BTN Syariah will disburse the applicant's application.
