Can I still make SPP Online payments through the teller?

Yes, you can still make SPP Online payments via teller by showing the billing code provided by the campus/school.

What if the account balance is not enough to make SPP Online payments?

If the balance is insufficient, the transaction cannot be made. Immediately top up your account balance or make a payment to the BTN teller according to the bill amount.

Can the SPP Online payment receipt be printed from the teller?

Yes, the proof of payment can be printed and will be given by the teller upon completion of the transaction. If you wish to reprint, please provide the billing code that has been paid to the bank teller.
