How to Pay

    Login to BTN Mobile

    Customers log in to the BTN Mobile application with their User ID and Password

    Choose Menu

    Customers choose the payment menu -> PDAM

  • 3

    Choose Region

    Customers choose the region and fill in the customer ID

  • 4

    Confirm Payment

    Customers check the suitability of the data and enter the PIN

    Visit Website

    Customers visit the BTN website through a browser with the address https://internetbanking.btn.co.id

    Enter User ID and Password

    Enter BTN Internet Banking User ID and Password

  • 3

    Choose the Menu

    Choose Transfer & Payment Menu -> Payment -> PDAM -> Choose the PDAM Code you want to use

  • 4

    Fill Out the Data

    Fill out the Customer Number that has been printed on your previous PDAM payment receipt

  • 5

    Confirm Payment

    Make sure the bill and the data displayed match.

  • 6

    Transaction Completed

    Check your email to get payment proof

    Visit ATM BTN

    Customers visit the nearest ATM BTN and insert their ATM card.

    Choose the Other Transaction menu

    Choose the ""Top Up"" menu and input the nominal amount

    Choose the Menu

    Choose Other Transaction menu -> Payment -> PDAM -> LIST CODE (to see the PDAM code addressed)

  • 4

    Enter Pay Code

    Enter the Customer Number, then press TRUE if the number is correct

  • 5

    Confirm Payment

    Check the payment details again and select the YES button.

  • 6

    Transaction Completed

    Print receipt as payment proof

Yes, PDAM payments via Mobile Banking will be charged an administration fee.
Why has the PDAM payment receipt not been received within 24 hours?
If the payment receipt has not been received, you can access the Inbox menu available at ""All Menus"" on the dashboard page.
