Customer or WIC brings MoneyGram transaction money receipt
Show a valid and original identity document (KTP / Passport); (note: Indonesian citizens must have an ID card; foreigners must have a passport)
Money receipt cannot be represented
Fill out and sign the Money Receipt Form provided by the Bank
Fill out and sign the Transaction Performer Data Form and/or Customer Information File (ClF) form provided by the Bank for transactions up to IDR 100,000,000 (one hundred million rupiah).
Bank officer may conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) process to Customer/Walk In Customer (WIC) if required by the Bank
