General terms and conditions of cash endowment apply in accordance with the prevailing regulations on Cash Endowment in Indonesia based on the provisions of the Law, Ministry of Religion, and the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI).

Cash Waqf trustees cooperating with BTN Shariah can be assured to have fulfilled the requirements of the prevailing regulations as a result of a strict and selective cooperation process.

Waqif will receive a Cash Waqf Pledge Deed and Cash Waqf Certificate from BTN Shariah as the Shariah Financial Institution Recipient of Cash Waqf (LKSPWU) in accordance with the prevailing regulations.

Service is available at all BTN Shariah outlets throughout Indonesia.

Cash waqf process can also be done through digital platforms that have collaborated with BTN Shariah, namely pasifamal.id and bersedekah.com.

Customers/Waqif who select Cash Waqf trustees in accordance with the purpose of conducting cash waqf or may seek assistance from bank officers.

Customers/Waqif deposit their funds into a current account in the name of the Cash Waqf trustee at BTN Shariah, in accordance with the intention and purpose of the waqif in conducting cash waqf.

Customer's/Waqif's funds come from clear sources and can be ensured not to contain elements violating banking regulations.

For permanent cash waqf types, the minimum amount deposited is Rp. 50,000, while for temporary cash waqf types, the minimum amount deposited is Rp. 1 million with a minimum period of 1 (one) year.

Cash waqf deposits can be made individually or collectively. Collective cash waqf can only be treated as permanent cash waqf.
