To ensure that the procurement processes are conducted in accordance with the policy and Good Corporate Governance (GCG), the Bank has obtained ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) certification for the procurement function.
Additionally, the Bank has transformed its procurement process by developing an integrated end-to-end digital procurement application, ensuring that all processes are carried out in line with procedural workflows and maintain transparency in the procurement of goods and services. |

By December 2023, the participation rate in learning and development programs reached 109.96%, exceeding the set target. For 2024, the Company has set a target of 210 training programs with a total of 290,775 participants.Employee competency development is carried out through systematic learning and development programs designed to improve knowledge, skills, and attitudes. |
