Procurement of Contractor Bulding Learning Center BTN at Lahan Ciburial, Dago Pakar, Bandung (Part 1)

PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk will conduct Procurement of Contractor Services for the Construction of the BTN Learning Center at Ciburial Land, Dago Pakar, Bandung (Phase 1),  with the following terms and conditions:

1. Procurement List: Procurement of Contractor Services for the Construction of the BTN Learning Center at Ciburial Land, Dago Pakar, Bandung (Phase 1)
2. Company Requirements:
1. Possess a valid Large Business Qualification Certificate (SBU) for Construction Implementation Services with Building Construction Classification Sub-Classification Office Building Construction Services (BG002) or Commercial Building Construction Services (BG004) or Educational Building Construction Services (BG006) or Lodging Building Construction Services (BG007) or Other Building Construction Services (BG009);
2. Possess a valid ISO 21500 or ISO 21502 Project Management Certification
3. Have experience in renovation/construction of buildings (private/government/BUMN) in the last 5 (five) years, namely 2019 to 2024, with each contract value of at least Rp.36,000,000,000 (Thirty-Six Billion Rupiah) including tax
4. Other requirements are stipulated in the Qualification Document
3. Qualification document retrieval is done with the following mechanism:
1. Participants must register as a Bank BTN partner through the Bank BTN e-Procurement Application via the link https://eproc.btn.co.id/webextranet/login.aspx with PIC email: Ms. Yovina Erlena email: yovina.erlena@btn.co.id or Ms. Munirotul Arifah Retnaningrum email: munirotul.retnaningrum@btn.co.id
2. For prospective participants who wish to join this tender and are not yet registered as Bank BTN partners, please register the Company as a Bank BTN partner via https://eproc.btn.co.id/webextranet/login.aspx no later than before registration closes or by June 20, 2024.
3. Procurement registration is submitted by participants via email to the committee with the following schedule:
1. Day / Date: 3 (three) working days (14, 19, and 20 June 2024)
2. Time: 08.00 AM to 04.30 PM WIB
3. Email Subject: Procurement of Contractor Services for the Construction of the BTN Learning Center at Ciburial Land, Dago Pakar, Bandung (Phase 1)
4. Content: Company Identity Name, Personal Contact, and Phone Number
4. The procurement registration document attachments sent via email are as follows:
1. Copy of SIUP/NIB
2. Copy of a valid Large Business Qualification Certificate (SBU) for Construction Implementation Services with Building Construction Classification Sub-Classification Office Building Construction Services (BG002) or Commercial Building Construction Services (BG004) or Educational Building Construction Services (BG006) or Lodging Building Construction Services (BG007) or Other Building Construction Services (BG009)
3. Copy of BTN Partner Registration Certificate
4. Capture proof of procurement registration after clicking “join” according to the procurement name in the e-Procurement Application
5. Participants must also send an Email to pfad@btn.co.id cc ananda.pertiwi@btn.co.id ; rizki.aprineta@btn.co.id ; ferdi.putra@btn.co.id ; adfan.pratama@btn.co.id with the document attachments as mentioned in item C.4
6. Qualification documents will be sent to Participants whose registration document attachments are complete (as per items C.4.1 to C.4.4 via email and are already on the vendor list who clicked "join" in BTN e-procurement.
4. Other provisions:
1. The procurement process will use the e-Procurement Application so participants must be registered as partners and activate a Bank BTN e-Procurement account.
2. The committee will evaluate the documents of the registered participants. For participants whose documents are complete and pass the pre-qualification, the committee will invite participants to collect the Procurement Documents.
3. All submitted documents become the property of the committee, so participants are not entitled to request back the submitted documents.
4. This Tender/General Selection implementation is subject to the applicable provisions at Bank BTN and the existing requirements.
5. This Tender/General Selection announcement will be conveyed through the Bank BTN website (www.btn.co.id) and the e-Procurement website (https://eproc.btn.co.id/webextranet/login.aspx)
