Limitations Regarding Permitted Gifts

Providing gifts/souvenirs and/or meals and/or entertainment to foster good relations
Giving gifts/souvenirs and/or meals and/or entertainment is permitted as long as the gift is intended to foster good relationships within reasonable limits and pay attention to equal relationships (such as between friends and neighbors), with an attitude of mutual respect and not aimed at bribing any party. concerned with the intention of giving something to the Company which is not legally his right and the frequency of such giving must not be too frequent so that it can give rise to the assumption that someone is doing something behind the giving.

Prizes/souvenirs for Company Promotions
Gifts/souvenirs in the form of goods intended for Company promotion must use the Company logo as an inseparable part of the goods concerned (the Company logo on the goods cannot be removed).

Providing meeting honorariums to third parties
Giving meeting honorariums to Third Parties is permitted as a form of appreciation for the contribution of thought and expertise that has been given to the Company at the Company's official invitation, provided that giving such honorariums is not prohibited in the code of ethics or internal regulations of the Third Party Agency.
