PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk will conduct Procurement of Assets and Liabilities Management System Development, with the following terms and conditions:
- 1.Qualifications:
- 1.1. Participants have experience in implementing Assets and Liabilities Management System.
- 1.2. Participants have experts with experience related to implementing Assets and Liabilities Management System.
- 1.3. Participants have a Company domiciled in Indonesia.
- 1.4. Participants have Support Letters from solution providers (Principals) if the participant brings or acts as the main solution implementer owned by third-party solution providers.
- 1.5. Participants are willing to provide Client References along with Contact Persons and schedule Customer Visit implementation.
- 2. Prequalification document submission is conducted with the following mechanism:
- 2.1. Participant registration through the BTN Bank E-Procurement Application with the link https://eproc.btn.co.id/webextranet/login.aspx
- 2.2. For prospective participants who wish to participate in this tender and have not yet registered as BTN contractors, please register the Company as a BTN contractor through https://eproc.btn.co.id/webextranet/login.aspx at the latest before the registration is closed or on June 12, 2024, with the PIC:
- 2.3. Participants send an Email to pfad@btn.co.id cc amanda.oktaviani@btn.co.id with the following schedule:

Time: 07.30 AM to 04.30 PM WIB - 2.4. By attaching the following documents:
- a. Declaration of Interest in Participating in Tender/General Selection.
- b. Copy of Risk-based Business Identification Number or Business Identification Number (NIB).
- c. Copy of ID Card of President Director/Director.
- d. Power of Attorney (If authorized).
- 2.5. Prequalification documents will be sent to Participants whose document attachments are complete (according to items 2.4.a, 2.4.b, 2.4.c, 2.4.d) via email.

- 3.Other provisions:
- 3.1. The procurement process will use the E-Procurement Application, and participants are expected to register as contractors and activate their BTN Bank E-Procurement account.
- 3.2. Only participants who register for the Tender/General Selection will be evaluated by the committee, and only participants who submit complete prequalification documents and meet the requirements can be invited to participate in the next Tender/General Selection process.
- 3.3. Participants who pass the prequalification will be invited for the collection of Tender/General Selection Documents (Term of Reference) and to attend the Aanwijzing/Explanation of Procurement Document activities.
- 3.4. All submitted documents become the property of the Committee.
- 3.5. The implementation of this Tender/General Selection is subject to the regulations at BTN Bank and the existing requirements.
