The Bank’s business operations are inseparable from the continuity of services at the Information Technology (IT) level.
The Bank’s ability to maintain the quality of IT services even during disruptions or disasters will provide added value
and ultimately lead to greater satisfaction among stakeholders. To meet this need, the Bank has established policy on
Business Continuity Management (BCM), which is a comprehensive and integrated management process to ensure that the Bank’s
operations can continue to function despite disruptions or disasters.
The Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) is an implementation component of Business Continuity Management (BCM), providing a more technical execution that contains planned steps for the recovery of IT services to mitigate threats to the Bank’s business operations. The DRP is developed by considering the dynamics of IT technical architecture and related elements such as the information systems portfolio, the condition of physical facilities including the Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery Center (DRC), as well as the parties directly involved in DRP implementation. These considerations help ensure the DRP remains aligned with the Bank’s evolving environment.
