Implementation of Business Ethics and Conduct Policy

Additionally, oversight of the implementation of ethical standards is conducted through audits on the implementation of ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) within the Procurement of Goods and/or Services Unit and the Commercial and SME Credit Unit.
The evaluation of SMAP implementation at BTN adheres to the ISO 37001:2016 international ethical standards, with audits and assessments conducted annually by an independent party to ensure compliance and the effectiveness of the system. The scope of the ISO 37001:2016 assessment includes procurement of goods and/or services, commercial and SME credit segments, and their supporting units.
