Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) Policy

BTN has conducted internal policy Number KK.9-AG dated November 12, 2024, regarding the Occupational Safety and Health Management System as a guideline to minimize risks related to Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and as a form of implementing Good Corporate Governance practices.

The implementation of SMK3 in the Bank aims to:

  1. Enhance the effectiveness of K3 protection in a planned, measurable, structured, and integrated manner.
  2. Prevent and reduce work accidents and occupational diseases by involving management, Bank employees, and/or labor unions.
  3. Create a safe, comfortable, and efficient workplace to boost productivity.
  4. Maintain occupational health and safety in compliance with social aspects related to employment, including decent work, prevention of forced labor, protection of female and child workers, and human resource development.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulations and applicable laws set by the authorities.
