In order to support the implementation of Sustainable Finance principles, Providers whose types of business and/or activities have an environmental impact can be equipped with permits in accordance with applicable regulations, including other:

  • Document of Environmental Management Efforts (UKL) and Environmental Monitoring Efforts (UPL);

  • Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL) Document;

  • Review of documents regarding quality/good criteria for environmental damage;

  • Environmental permit documents; or

  • Water disposal study document.

  • The statement document has implemented the Management System

  • Occupational Safety and Health (K3) which is integrated with the company's management system or has Occupational Safety and Health (K3) management system certification, and

  • The statement document has implemented protection for child and women workers.

The Bank is also committed to supplier scope standards which need to pay attention to maximum working hours, minimum wage for workers and non-discrimination.
