BTN has conducted a policy in the form of a Joint Decision Letter of the Board of Commissioners Number 01/SKPB/KOM/BTN/2024 and the Board of Directors Number SKPB-01/DIR/BTN/2024 concerning the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct (Code of Conduct) of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk.

Employees must always avoid conditions, situations, or impressions of conflicts of interest and misuse of position.

Every member of the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, and bank employees is prohibited from giving or receiving anything for personal gain, either directly or indirectly, from business partners that could influence decision-making.
