The bank has the BTN TAP talent acceleration program. BTN TAP (Talent Acceleration Program) is BTN's talent development acceleration program for critical positions at the BOD-1/BOD-2/BOD-3 level.

The name BTN TAP comes from the word “tap†which means tap in English so BTN TAP is expected to be like a water tap that always flows talents best for BTN
