Last Friday (26/1), Bank BTN's Director of Human Capital, Compliance & Legal, Eko Waluyo, officially carried out the Employee Wellness Kick Off and reviewed the health checks of Bank BTN employees.
Event
The Employee Wellness Program is an implementation of a similar program from the Ministry of BUMN, as well as a manifestation of Bank BTN's commitment to improving the values of the Employee Value Proposition, through providing programs to improve the quality of life for employees that cover physical, mental, financial and social aspects.
