Complete the required data on the website IFG Life or through the nearest Bank BTN Branch Office, then complete the required documents

All information, statements, and notices provided are the basis for the Policy and are an integral part of the Policy

Correctness and completeness of the data is the responsibility of the Policyholder and/or Insured.
Conditions

Prospective Policyholders are required to pay the Premium to the Insurer according to the Premium amount and Premium payment method as stated in the Policy

Premium payment is considered valid, if the funds have been received fully by the Insurer

Prepare claim documents, fill out completely, and sign the claim submission form

The claim submission form can be downloaded from IFG Life's official website/media

Submit all claim documents according to the claim submission requirements to the Insurer's office or can directly visit the nearest Walk in Customer & Insurer Representative Office or BTN Branch Office

The Insurer receives, examines, and analyzes the submitted claim documents. To find out the claim status, the Policyholder / Insured can contact the Call Center 1500 176 or its revised number

If the claim is approved, the claim payment will be paid by the Insurer no later than 14 (fourteen) working days after the claim decision is approved.

Andi experiences an emergency case and undergoes treatment outside the selected provider, Andi submits a reimbursement claim as follows:
- Advanced outpatient consultation and medication
- IDR 600,000 (*more than IDR 500,000)
- Minimum value of IDR 500,000 or 80% x IDR 600,000 = IDR 480,000
- IDR 480,000.
Therefore, the reimbursement claim value to be paid for the claim receipt submission is IDR 480,000.

- There is no refund of the MIFG My Managed Care Joint Insurance Product, except for the policy cancellation made by the insurer (after deducting the costs arising from the insurance closure of the policyholder and/or insured).

- Changes in selected providers can only be made at each policy anniversary.
