Therefore, the Family Pro product is NOT a Bank BTN product so Bank BTN is not responsible for the policies issued by PT Asuransi Binagriya Upakara.

The terms and conditions of Family Pro are as follows:
- - 1 (one) year to 60 (sixty) years old
- - Submit original claim receipt/photocopy legalized by local doctor/clinic/hospital
- - Exclusions and others refer to the terms of the Family Pro Personal Accident Insurance Policy
- - Applicable to each family member participant
- - Family member is the person whose name is listed in the Family Card
