The insured immediately notifies the claims department of PT Asuransi Binagriya Upakara no later than 5 (ima) calendar days from the occurrence of loss and/or damage whether for a single accident or involving a third party, either verbally or in writing to the Binagriya Claim Center Hotline (specifically for the Jabodetabek area) or to Branch Offices & Nearest Marketing Office

In the event of theft or damage or other malicious acts carried out by a third party, it must be immediately reported to the nearest authorities or police and ask for proof of the report.

The insured is obliged to maintain and maintain equipment that has experienced damage/loss for inspection by the insurance company
